Tomorrow is an important day for lawyers. That is because tomorrow is primary day, when for all intents and purposes, we will be electing judges for a six year term (the primary is so important because most of the candidates will run unopposed on election day).
So, I wanted to post the links one more time for the Chicago Bar Association and Alliance of Bar Associations.
As I have said before, I am a member of the Chicago Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee, and we have spent hundreds of hours scrutinizing the candidate’s background, speaking with references as well as judges and opposing counsel who have seen them in court, and meeting with the candidates in person. We strive to be non-partisan, and base our findings on the candidate’s integrity, work ethic, legal knowledge and ability, temperament and community involvement.

Just remember that the person you vote tomorrow for might be your judge one day.
