As you may recall, Food Network star chef Cat Cora was charged with DUI after rear-ending another vehicle June 17th. At the time, it was reported that she had taken two tests, a breath and a blood tests, with results of 0.19 and 0.20 BAC.
On Friday, she plead no contest to the charge of driving with a blood alcohol concentration greater than 0.08, and was placed on three years probation. She was also sentenced to 120 jail, but that sentence was suspended, so that if she successfully completes the terms of her probation, she will not have to serve any jail time. Other terms of her sentence include a nine month alcohol treatment program, and a $2,386 fine.
