This weekend will mark the two year anniversary of the fatal DUI “huffing” incident that took the life of five year old Jaclyn Santos-Sacramento.

I am going to link to a Chicago Tribune story that has a video of Carly Rousso speaking to teenagers about her history of drug abuse, the fatal crash, and her thoughts of suicide in the immediate aftermath of that crash.  I am unable to embed it here, but I strongly urge that you click over to it and watch it.  It is only a few minutes.

  1. I gree with the sacramentos family. .. the
Sentence Rousso got was unfair. That was not justice for a little angel.. Jaclyn didnt get to live her life like rousso did.. she was a baby.. I believe Rousso is just using her deppresion as an excuse to get less time in jail…..which is wrong then the judge is going to show the rest of the public that is right to kill innocent children while their intoxicated and just have there lawyers come up with the defense saying that they suffered alot and used the excuse of depression… or it is that the Roussos family have money which is in a way affecting the jail sentence or making a change of getting her more time like she deserves…. because 5 yrs is not enough for a little innocent child to loose there life like she did
