TMZ Sports reported the news Saturday and noted Seferian-Jenkins also faces counts of driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
It’s the third DUI arrest for the 27-year-old University of Washington product.
In 2013, Seferian-Jenkins was sentenced to one day in jail after pleading guilty to a drunken driving charge before his final season of college football with the Huskies.
He was also arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI in 2016.
Seferian-Jenkins told ESPN’s Rich Cimini in 2017 he’d attended an outpatient rehab program because of his use of alcohol to deal with “dormant issues”:
