According to the Wheaton Patch, the DuPage County Sheriff’s Police will be conducting increased traffic enforcement between now and Halloween. The Sheriff warns motorists against drinking at Halloween parties and driving, and advises people to plan ahead for either a designated driver or ride-share/taxi.
